  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

A bit of a strange question. I would like to get a replacement for the 40 amp ACC fuse. In removing it the top popped off and although it still works I would like to get a new one. It seems like the only place I can go is to the dealer. I am looking to see if there is anyone else (even online) that sells these.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
What form factor is it?

It is a cartridge type, but I do not know what specific type it is. It is not labelled and the manual does not seem to have it specified. I thought it was a small FMM cartridge but that turns out to be too large.

OK - I did some more research. I think the fuse type is a FMM (or a micro FMX). Unfortunately it does not seem that this type is stocked by any of my local auto stores. I did find one seller on eBay - crimpsupply - which does sell this type. It is not cheap though -$11.18 including shipping.

Thanks Southern Boy. This looks like a great site, but it looks like they do not carry the FMM female cartridge fuses either. Who would have thought that getting a fuse would be a challenge.
