Which one of you have had the most problematic Genesis?

Like I said before, this Genesis is Hyundai's very first; very first engine design(V8); very first chassis; very first design; after all; this is the very first year of the Genesis. I usually think that the first year design of any car, regardless of company, would have the first problems and corrected after 1 or 2 years later.

Since Hyundai is trying to resolve things to our satisfaction, I'm not going to be specific. I will say that if you asked me how long I've owned the car and how long I've had the car, you'll get two decidedly different replies.

My gut feeling is that my car is not an isolated case, but I hope I'm wrong. I would like to be just as enthusiastic as most of the Genesis owners on this forum. Just once I'd like to pull up to the dealership and not have everyone scatter when they see me coming

I think the query about revealing your problems was probably based on the following, without meaning to pry into your personal situation.

1. Do you have one major recurring issue the dealer can't/won't fix
2. Or, do you have a host of issues, as in fix one, another pops up.
3. And, are the issues you're experiencing [one or many] highlighted on this forum or are they new.

It is a shame you are having trouble, but sounds like you are working it out. Most folks on here with issues have one or two of the many issues discussed here, but, to my knowledge, no one has all of them.

Please share what you can.
