I picked up a 2017 Hyundai Azera Limited from the dealership the other day and I absolutely love this car! I paid about $18k out the door for one in really good condition (although it had 40k miles on it :\ ). However, the amount of tech and luxury features absolutely blows my mind for this price point. Panoramic sunroof, cooled/heated leather seats, navigation, 19in wheels, 293hp, great safety features, multi setting power seats, large touchscreen infotainment with CarPlay integration and not to mention really handsome styling inside and out.
My local dealership seemed so eager to get the car off the lot since it'd been sitting there for a bit and its online listings went quickly from $21k to $17k and even still we were able to negotiate it down a little bit from there. these most recent models returning to dealerships as people finish up their leases on them, I think the Azera will become an excellent bargain for someone in the market for a near luxury car between $15-20k. I realize they didn't sell so well because of the comparison in value between the lower end Genesis cars when the car originally sold for $40,000, but even more the reason to take advantage of the car's obscurity and American-market failure now that it's lost most of its value.
Makes me wonder why there's hardly anything online highlighting this hidden gem of a used car. What do you guys think?
