Well, I got my windshield trim recall service done, and as others have mentioned, the dealer did not have the part in stock. They also advised me that they could not order the part until my vehicle was in the shop. Therefore, the service took two business days. Wow. I have to assume that Genesis is being forced to carefully play-out the parts inventory in order to keep the dealers from hoarding stock, but there's gotta be a better way.
Also, for some f*cking reason, they completed wiped all my custom settings during the service. Wtf. All the custom radio stations, climate control, EV settings, liftgate custom height (nearly hit the hatch on my garage door), bluetooth, on and on, all of them.
