Bosch Icon 26A and 18B fit the G70 perfectly. I went with these because they were highly recommended Wirecutter. Thanks for your help. I wouldn’t dared even trying if it weren’t for your post.

It’s the difference in curvature. The driver’s side is always supposed to be A. The passenger side can be either A or B.

Do these work better than OEM? I've noticed that while driving and washing the windshield, the wipers splatter a bunch of water all over my windshield.

Yes, I think they are better. The beam blade design is superior than bracket design for even pressure distribution and preventing freeze locking. They also have lower profile and are aerodynamically shaped to push the wipers against the windshield.

Glad I swung back, been away a while due to work and life. I was getting ready for my yearly service and after a recent highway drive was finally fed up with my wipers, ordered a set of Bosch Icons thanks to this thread. Dealer tried to tell me $50 each and I had to go and look and see if they were made of rare earth metals.

Per Bosch website, its telling me its 18A for passenger side ? I am now confused. Does it being J hook has anything btw A vs B ?

Somebody should post a link of the 2 exact wiper blades needed for our G70s . Mine is new, so won't have to bother with that for a while.

Also I see some places sell inserts that fits the G70 too ?? I thot has to replace whole blade and insert is such an old car old school thingie

My favorite wiper blade is Costco's Michelin Guardian hybrid: https://www.costco.com/michelin-guardian-hybrid-wiper-blade.product.100454345.html I stock up on them when they go on sale (once a year) for $3 off, or $7 per blade. Wiper blades are like tires... a good quality one brand new works far better than the most expensive one worn-out, sun-hardened, and oxidized. Used over the same period of time, three of these Michelins beat a single $21 "premium" blade for overall performance.

FWIW, I like using a 19" instead of 18" for passenger side. Cleans an additional 1/2" on the outside.

I just got the 26A and 18A per Bosch web site. Will install in the next few days and report back. Surprise the store I went to actually has A, B or OE for the passenger side. From what I understand OE is more for german make. Since Bosch says A for the G70, I just follow their recommendation. Will see

I like the fact they use jhook, which is the easier type of connections in my mind.
The pinch tab on my other car (3 series) is a pain to work with.

Recently installed the Bosch Icons 26A and 18A and while they clean well, the sometimes interfere with one another, making me think one is too long. Has no one else had this issue? Never had the interference issue before with the OEMs and with the Costco Michelins (I've had the car for close to 6 years now).

I'm thinking of replacing with the 18 with a 16 but this seems to be counter to everyone else out there
