Xpel Ultimate FULL Vehicle Wrap

I have kicked the stone long enough, the Genny is currently getting the paint protection film by Xpel Ultimate and my windows are being tint at 35% with the exception to the windshield. I plan to get the Genny back on Saturday.

All done! I am satisfied with how the Xpel Ultimate application was applied. I also had the windows tint and believe I am done with mods. Well maybe just one I am struggling with getting done and that is matching the brake calipers

Hello SmoovC, the Xpel Ultimate has giving me a better appreciation on driving aggressively without worrying about those nasty rock chips. However, I must admit, waxing the Genny requires more patience due to the paint protection film (PPF). Keeping the wax from accumulating within the boundaries of the PPF is a challenging. Funny thing is when the Genny is clean I had to point out where the PPF started and ended. Not as visible as I thought it would be since I only covered half the hood. Overall, I am very pleased with application and highly recommend the product to those considering PPF. Once again, thank you for guidance on selecting which we believe was the better product.

Yes, I too have found that it is much more enjoyable to actually be able to drive, rather than worry about road conditions. I agree, waxing takes a little more time, but I think the benefits far outweigh the little bit of extra time.

I too was surprised at how transparent the film actually is; very little orange peel, and deep gloss.
