2015 Genesis SEMA Project

Hello I'm new here and hopefully can some feedback. I'm in the process with a project build for H.M.A. for this years SEMA show. I will be customizing a 2015 Genesis Coupe Ultimate and for part of the suspension work I'll be going with coil overs and 19" wheels. What low profile tire size would someone recommend? to give this vehicle a nice profile look between tire and fender. Thank you for any help provide.
