Memory buttons on door change radio?

Hey guys,

My dealer claims that the memory preference sets on the door that control the seat and steering wheel position will also change your radio preference sets.

I couldn't find anything in the manual about it. I haven't tried changing all my radio stations around to see if it's true.

Any truth to this?

If it was their service department that quoted this, start looking for another dealer. If it was the sales guy, par for the course.
