2013 Base Genesis - How to find Bluetooth version?

Hey everybody, hoping somebody can help. I have a 2013 base Genesis sedan. My Bluetooth is having a bit of an issue with noise cancelation. Basically, the person calling me constantly hears their own voice echoing back to them. My wife won't even speak to me if I'm in the car. In any case, the dealership has had the car twice and can't make any headway. They need to know the Bluetooth software version, but can't seem to find out how to get that info. Does anybody out there have any special tricks to find the radio software versions? Thanks!

The 2009-2011 Genesis Base Trim model uses a separate stand-alone Bluetooth module installed where the sunglass holder is on other trims. It is not connected to the rest of the entertainment system. Is the 2013 Base Trim Bluetooth that way, or is integrated into the audio system?

The Genesis 2009-2011 Base Trim Bluetooth (called BlueConnnect) was made by Johnson Controls. Here is a link that may be useful (or may not):

Mark, the Bluetooth is integrated into the entertainment system. I can stream audio over Bluetooth and call info shows up on the head unit.

I should have mentioned that in the OP. I have personally tried 4 different phones (Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Nexus 5) on two different carriers (Verizon and T-Mobile) and the dealership tech tried his phone (not sure what he had). Problem was the same.

Sounds like it's time for them to start replacing parts, or probably the entire head unit.

Agreed, it is not your responsibility to know the software version or anything else. They (the dealer) need to replace the head unit and solve the problem for you.
