  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Price Paid For 2015 Genesis

Remember, TrueCar is based in most part on dealer volunteer reported numbers and is essentially controlled by them. They are likely not the best you can do and are one of several gauges of where the market is.

Yes since the last dealer revolt almost shut Truecar.com down a few years ago, they have relented and are not as low as they can be, but it's definitely a good indicator of what price the dealer will bear. If you look up different zip codes up and down your state within a 2-3 hour vicinity - you will see a couple of hundred dollar savings too. I bought 2 of my cars via Truecar.com - car unseen - and came away with out-the-door prices I'm happy with.

What do you think of these numbers for a lease?

MSRP: $52635

MF: 0.00039
$$ Down: 1k
36/12k

Anyone see advertisement for Hyundai Employee Z Plan pricing this weekend? Was driving on the highway and saw a ad for a local dealer offering employee pricing. How much of a discount is that?

So current deal I received for a 3.8L RWD w/ tech package is $40,048 before TTL, good deal or should I negotiate a little more?

It's probably possible to save a little bit more but you're at a good spot. I'd be satisfied with that deal.

I haven't checked the Hyundai Circle pricing in a couple months, but I think it is about the same as employee pricing. I would suggest you check Circle pricing. It is typically lower than true car.

For example in March 2015 for a 3.8 rear wheel drive Ultimate:

$50,200.00 (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price)
Options $192
Circle Price $45,341.50

How does someone not affiliated with Hyundai get access to (or at least check) Circle pricing?

Any info on the base trim lease deal?

Given excellent credit, u guys think i can get it to 319 a month inc. Tax...36 months 15k miles a year.

I got the Hyundai Circle Pricing when I purchased my 5.0 Ultimate back in September, 2014. My MSRP was $55,700 and with the Circle Pricing I got the car for $50,283.95. I was lucky as I started communicating with Hyundai about 6-8 months prior to purchasing my car and the guy I was conversing with just offered me the Hyundai Circle Pricing out of the blue.

Early on during the 2015 model release Circle Pricing was competitive, today an informed buyer can easily do better.

I noticed that TrueCar.com pricing is better than Hyundai Circle pricing anyway. Hyundai Circle pricing just gets you a "very good" deal on a Hyundai. You can do better haggling on your own (if you're good at it) and/or start off with a better deal with TrueCar.com...

A dealership in my area is taking $7k off...that's just the dealer incentive. For me, if I combine the valued/competitive owner rebate($1k), military rebate($500) and the lease cash($1500), I would be looking at $10k off.

What will you do with two cars then

It is clearly a buyers market with cars - $10-$12K off MB E350's are not unusual in competitive market areas as the 2016's come on the lot now.
