If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

2015/2016 Lease Rates

How much is due at signing? Does this only apply to AWD Genny's?

Are you ever going to buy a car or keep on asking a million questions! I'm kidding brother.

The non AWD has a .00045 and 56% residual and the $3,000 lease cash.
5.0 has the same rates but 53% residual

Keep in mind this is tier 1-3 credit which is FICO 700+ so don't demand anything if you haven't paid yo bills!

Ok I need your guys' opinion...

Just negotiated a 2015 Ultimate, black on gray: $503 per month, with first month's payment paid up front. 12k per year.

That's it.

Is that a fantastic deal or should I go for more?

So you basically pay $503 and leave with the car? That's a great deal!. If you go through with it please PM me the details (Sale price, coupons and rebates applied, MF, ect)

LOL, I don know what I would so without you guys. I just feel like there is so much information and I just want to have it ALL. If I can swing a 2016 Tech for $400/3000 I will be on my way.

Yes, I pay $503 and I leave with the car.

They are also absorbing the over-mileage on my current 2015 Tech (about 2,000 miles).

I pay $503 and I'm out the door with a new 2015 Ultimate, 12k year. I might go pull the trigger on it tomorrow morning.

Should I just do it?

Actually, do you guys think it would be possible to get the same deal, but up it to 15k per year?

if I recall correctly it was another 40 or $50 a month or $500 to $600 a year to get the 15000 mile/year lease

You may be right...I'm just hoping I can get them to include it in the current price they quoted me.

Sound like a solid deal as it is though?

Sounds to me like I could get a better deal on this 3.8 ultimate then...do you agree? Think I could make the lease 15k without upping the monthly payment and also with making it $0 down?

I'm also in Florida...Jacksonville.

$1000 down (this is all we paid day of purchase)
$435 a month with a maintenance package
(and here's the kicker) the dealership is covering $350 a month for the first year's payments

Just an FYI to everyone, leasing programs on the 2015s will go away after the month of February. This is confirmed for the South Florida market at least so go get those lease deals!

My deal on a 2016 Genny, I think I will finalize tomorrow:
2016 Genesis 3.8 AWD, Signature Package, Empire State Gray, Black Leather
36 month lease / 12,000 miles per year
MSRP: $46,245
Purchase Price: $42,229
Minus Rebates: $3,000 lease cash, $1,000 conquest, $500 dealer
Plus Fees: Sales Tax on rebates: $315, Doc. Fee: $199, Title & Tire Tax, $45.25
$410 per month (including 7% Indiana sales tax), first month payment only due at signing.
Dealer is also including All Weather Mats and the coveted Genesis badge swap for the trunk lid.
Thanks again for sharing your deal information in this thread. Very helpful!

I leased a 2015 Genesis Ultimate AWD last week. The dealer used four $500 factory vouchers (I had to sign each one), $0 at signing except for the first month lease payment, and included a discount for owning a competing car. $397 for 36 months, $30,041.85 residual, 10K mi per yr. The $397 included CO sales tax. 91 miles on the Genesis. $44,333 total cost for a $52,705 window sticker price.

for ultimate id pay 450 inc tax 15k miles, zero drive off. 35 payments. not 36. if u not getting this then move on.

What sort of deal were you able to negotiate?

Sorry I didn't see the response. I got a 2015 Base 3.8 Genesis in April 2015. But like I said, I couldn't get a deal like this in either Bay Area or San Diego.

2015 - 3.8 Base Genesis
Casablanca White w/ Grey Interior
MSRP: $39,010

Got an amazing lease with the combination of college, conquest rebate, Circle pricing, TrueCar, and dealer-flex-coupons.

36 months lease
12k miles a year

$300/mo including tax.
$795 drive-off (DMV-fee's and first monthly payment)
