They ask for receipts and proof. If they do the service there is no dispute. You could draw out your claim for weeks or months trying to substantiate the fact you serviced your vehicle according to the schedule.
hmmm that is interesting, but i dont trust them to even do an oil change so that is a chance I guess im willing to take. Ill just have to log it in the book i suppose. But either way I dont think they can still deny warranty claim on an engine because I dont have proof of an oil change as many people do it on their own.
I think they would seriously have to prove without a doubt that the engine oil was the cause of the engine malfunction and cant just say hey you dont have proof of an oil change so warranty denied. Pretty sure they would have to do oil analysis and inspection of everything on the engine to really come up with a definite answer whether or not something was caused from oil.
