Something that may effect your update: Do you have addresses in your Address Book? If so, will the update save them or do you need to backup the Address Book and do a restore with the Backup after the Nav Update?2017 G80 purchased 8/2016. Have updated nav one time to 11.5. 12.5 ordered and scheduled to arrive 11/26. Will see how it goes.

Thanks, for the confirmation. I have over 100 addresses saved.It will automatically collect, save and reuse the same address book.
Noticed today the 12.5 map update is available for the 2017 G80 Ultimate. No download available. Ordered mine shipped via SD card.

Same here. Maybe the 2017 G80's are allowed more frequent updates? My 2018 was purchased in July 2018 and mapnsoft says Currently Not Available...I just checked on mine (2018 G80) and this is what I get:

Also, I see the "Order" button on the website is grayed-out now.

Mr. Incredible...I agree with you. Until the mapnsoft site is synced with the Genesis reps and the new one year policy, there will continue to be exceptions where some owners are getting updates while others (like me) are getting the "no updates available" message with a grayed out order field. I plan to do what you are planning...get the next available update, 12.5 or whatever, thru my dealer at the 15K service. But I think they have to order the SD card part ahead of time. So, let them know and give them time to get it. These updates need not be this difficult or convuluted. Genesis has dropped the ball on this complementary service IMO.I think I mentioned it already might have been a different thread, but I called and opened a ticket about it, and the agent said they would contact the correct team and investigate and get back to me, which they did about 6 hours later and informed my that under the wording of the warranty my model (2018 purchased in June 2018) is not eligible for an update until 1 year from the anniversary of the purchase, so June 20, 2019. Shortly there after the button got greyed out.
I suspect they are still tweaking the site, up until last week I couldn't even enter my VIN. initially after I entered my VIN, the site indicated the update was available, then it was out of stock, then it was unavailable, now it is greyed out.
at this point I suspect they are still trying to get the site correct and tie it in with the VIN purchase dates.
I am due for an oil change in 2 weeks and I will ask the dealership then. When I went in for my first oil change I was on version 11 (map ver. 10.47.xx.xx) and they updated me to version (map ver. 11.41.xx.xx) , pretty sure they will update me again to version 12.5 (map ver,11.47.xx.xx) if I ask nicely.

Also check and see if you are ablocking the site. Some adblockers will disable your capability of utilizing the JavaScript used to negotiate the order process button.
Sometimes you have to turn off the anti-virus protection to allow it also.

Exactly what I get now, but last week it would allow me to order. Maybe they are changing the rules or use they when out of stock. Makes no sense.
