Hello All, I sent the following question to the Genesis Corporate department.
"Hello,
I currently own a 2015 Hyundai Genesis 3.8. I understand that Ed Voyles is building a standalone Genesis dealership on Cobb Parkway in Smyrna, GA. Would I be able to take the 2015 Genesis there for service or only to the Hyundai dealership? If I purchased a 2017 or later Genesis vehicle would I be able to have that vehicle serviced at the Genesis service center?"

Thank you for contacting Genesis Motor America. We appreciate you taking the time to get in contact with us in regards to the servicing of your 2015 Hyundai Genesis and for a 2017 Model Year Genesis vehicle.
The 2015 Hyundai Genesis is still technically a Hyundai vehicle, so the best course of action for servicing that would be to take it to a Hyundai dealer, as that would still be the designated manufacturer and work on the vehicle can only be guaranteed at a Hyundai retailer.
Any Genesis vehicle past the 2017 Model Year brand split is designated Genesis and therefore the work can only be guaranteed at licensed Genesis retailers.
