Take that back, they are Pilot Sport 4's.

It looks so nimble and well executed. It has a perfect stance to it as well. I’m sure they are doing last testing on Nürburgring. This seems like the Sport model because of the wheels and Rims.

If you look at the video again you can see that the interior is outfitted with a roll cage and Recaro seats. We have interior spy shot already so we are good in that way.

Looks like the old prototype. Can tell from the halogen taillamps, the older side mirrors and the exhausts.

Love the night shot there that compares the new G80 with the 2020 G90 taillamps. We can clearly see the design language carrying over from the GV80 2017 concept. Going to be amazing!

From reading the other comments it seems like the G80/GV80 weren’t the only cars shown. The GV70 also got shown which we literally saw spy shots for the first time. Maybe this means they are ramping up things at Genesis. Also May/June on sale date for G80/GV80 in US sounds awesome for those that were waiting. Genesis is finally it’s own separate brand from Hyundai as in the mind point of letting them design what they want. New infotainment media center will be introduced as also a Genesis unique UI system as via what the guy said.

Almost every auto maker out there has these similar dealer showcasing. FCA does it once every 5 years in California. Ford does it as well and I can completely understand why Genesis did it over here.

Only part that I suspected that’s BS is the GV70 being there because we literally just saw a spy shot of the vehicle about a week or two ago.
