  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Pics of my G70

First road trip. Chicago to Detroit (got 28.5 mpg doing 80-85 whole way). Stopped for food and gas and had to take a “first road trip pic”. Actually, the wife took the pic. So I think she’s fully won over on the G70. She has a 2014 Tucson Limited and it’s still a great vehicle. But after we got back in to finish the trip, she asks “so why doesn’t Genesis make an SUV?”.

I told her they will be in a few years. Maybe then we’ll have 2 Genesis in the garage?!

The SUV is going to put them on the map for sure. Everything points to it looking like the concept, which is going to be amazing. Then there will finally be a push for independent Genesis dealerships hopefully.

I remember seeing this picture on Instagram. Black paint with the dark chrome is a super clean look (y)

Those 10-spokes just look so good!

I was initially going to go for a Sport, until I saw a Prestige in a showroom with these rims and preferred them to the 5 spoke rims of the Sport. That and the gorgeous light grey interior changed my mind. I did not see the car in person in that color until it was delivered last week, so glad I took the risk. BTW I could appreciate all the neat details of the 10 spoke rims when doing my detail over the weekend, they are truly amazing in execution, beautiful design.

Agreed I much prefer those more then the black ones on the sport.
Remember beauty is onto the eyes of the beholder.
I'm sure there plenty of people who feel the opposite.

I wish you could get those wheels with the sport package.

^ the problem there is the Sport comes with the dark chrome trim. The 10 spoke wheels are machined aluminum w/light silver finish. This is a much better match with the non-sport regular chrome trim. The dark 5 spoke rims are a better fit for the dark chrome sport trim.

I did see one with dark 10 spoke rims at the dealer but it was a white prestiege with RWD. It was not my target vehicle but the wheels looked awesome.

So of course you took a picture to share with all of us, right?

I do like the base 20 spoke wheels but wish they came in 19s.

I suppose you can dremel off one spoke and you are set...no? JK ;)
Lol.. sorry , to clarify.. I meant I wish they came in 19 inch diameter. I think they are 18 inches.
