  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Do you not want to find one with gray stitching? They are out there.

Not at this point. Based on the window sticker, car is at the dealer or is in process of being delivered to the dealer. Best to just leave it as is.

It was my choice but not wife's. Now she says thinks it looks good. That could change...

Salesman and dealership tried swapping cars previously with other dealers and those dealers were not interested in doing so for whatever reason. Deal has been made and big money in their hands now. But thanks for links.

I think you'll grow to love the red stitching as it compliments the red Brembos

Exactly what I was thinking. Carries the red theme into the himalayan grey car.

^ I really liked the red stitching on the MB I test drove. But when I was on the hunt for my SI...I knew 10001% that I wanted gray. I even got 2 pretty good deals with the red...turned them down.

@Beefer helped me locate my car. It was especially difficult finding one that had grey stitching - but let me tell you, it was worth the hassle and extra effort. It's so classy! Don't get me wrong, I think the red would've been fine, but I agree, why settle?

It was a 50/50 for me. Also was between Prestige and Sport because of the wheels. Did sport with red but would have been happy with Prestige with grey. Comes that final minute when you have to pull the trigger.

Always buy what you want, don't settle, especially with this price range.

I think we were in the same boat. The wife wanted HG with gray stitching. Unfortunately that car we almost purchased had big scratches on the lower passenger fender and door. We ended up looking at the HG w/red stitching and agreed the red on black/gray looked real good and that's what we settled on.

So trying to do some math and decide what would be more beneficial: finance or leasing.

Have many people been successful with stacking the Circle A pricing with the $3500 bonus lease cash?

That would seem like the best deal possible, no? Given that you're going to buy the lease out at the end.

From the people who have posted here, all but a few were able to use the Lease Cash with the Circle A pricing and most, if not all, of those were early in the release. You should be able to use both together now.

I emailed several dealers last week asking for lease quotes and asked them to include the Circle A pricing. None of the dealers had any problem stacking them together. If a dealer gives you trouble trying to stack them I'd go find another dealer who's more cooperative.

The Circle A certificate specifically says that you are eligible for additional factory incentives. If a dealer says you are not, they are lying and trying to keep the cash for themselves.

Yeah that's at Patrick in Schaumburg. I went there last week to test drive a V6 G70 because I work like 5 minutes away. My experience was genuinely awful in about every way possible. I'll definitely be trying out other dealerships in the area for an actual purchase.

I also work few min away from Patrick. Not exactly a luxury experience but they gave me 3.3 AWD Elite for $42k which I thought was a good deal so I took it. It was only Hyundai dealer I visited, I called Elgin but they refused to work over phone w/ me or give me an indication of dropping price. Given what I read about Patrick on forum outside of oil change I will probably go somewhere else for service.

That sounds like a pretty good deal if you got 6.5k under MSRP. Was that with incentives applied?

My major beef with Patrick is the fact that they made me wait 30 minutes after my test drive to tell me they didn't have time to give me a lease quote, they'd just email it to me. They never sent me anything so I followed up with them a few days later and never heard back. That was over a week ago. Right now I'm emailing a lot with Pugi in Downers Grove trying to work out a deal.
