Idle stop and go (ISG) problem
New G70, just 100 miles and I have never seen the ISG icon on the instrument panel...whether it be yellow or green...nothing. And, of course, the car's engine has never stopped when car is stopped. I was wondering if that could be becasue of the many, many conditions that will disengage the ISG? I'm here in south Fl where we have been having very hot weather, but still no ISG when temps are below 95F. But, then the fan A/C could still be on high enough to cause disengagement? Brakes seem to be working well, thus no vacuum problem, I assume. Will probably have to call the dealer and test their concierge service...to which they sworn would promptly pick up the car and leave me with a loaner.
