  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I returned my dragy after I did my runs :(

I actually bought 2 of them back to back...neither would charge to 100%. Found the product to be crap. I would do same runs and slope would change...and even got “invalid” runs.

So thanks Amazon for the easy returns !!

Did my runs...got the numbers I expected...and all done :). Haven’t done any timed runs since...I just play (rarely) with other cars.

I actually sent a screenshot to my buddy...this is all I got...was able to dig it up.

This is WITHOUT the JB4...but on 99 octane. My best run stock’ish. Next day I beat my friend’s S4. The slope number is complete bullshit.

Elevation is ~180’...and temp was ~50 F...no humidity.

Interesting. So is the ECU programmed to take advantage of the much higher octane level? If so, easy performance gain without any modification!

I'll be testing this theory!

Oh absolutely!!! 100% on that.

From what I recall...my best run bone stock was 4.45...or very close to that.

As you go up in the JB4 maps...higher octane is key.

I do 99 octane...because going higher requires a lot more BOOSTane and it becomes way too expensive. 99 is the final cost effective level.

I filled up on e30 yesterday and did not have any octane booster. Map5 feels dead now lol. So I’m running map 3 for now. Had a guy in an sti try to play around and it was fun to say the least. Octane booster should arrive today I believe so I can get my fuel up enough for the higher maps to do a little more testing

For a Dragy mount I use an old thin phone mount magnet metal plate I had since it was rectangular and just glued some non slip material to it and the Dragy sticks to that then I just lay it on the dash in front of the infotainment on the grill. I never moves.

So went out for a bit of testing. Couldn’t get back to my 12.44 but I did grab a 12.50 with a decent 60’ Could have def been my best if I can just replicate that 60’ of 2.00

edit- map 7 is not happy with e30. Kept cutting power on me so that’s a no go without booster. Map 5 runs strong but could be stronger I feel with a bump to the base e30 mix

Would like to see some videos of your guys cars doing runs with the jb4!
From inside the car our outside? I just ordered a phone mount for my windshield so I can get the cool draggy videos

I like that spot. Not sure the actually device would last up there tho during my summer temps haha. Do you move it when not in use? Or put it away in the console?
I put in in the glove box when not using. Yea here in the summer with 110-115° temps not so good on electron

I found a solution for my Dragy mounting woes.

Found a non-slip cell phone dash pad that doesn't have any adhesive. Stuck the Dragy metal mount plate on top, then the Dragy on the mount. Stays put very nicely.

On the way back home from buying my mounting pad, I did two 0-60 runs with my daughter. This was the second run...

4.26 0-60!!!

Custom drive mode. LC, keep in auto mode while power braking, manually shift at 5k from 1-2, then about 6k 2-3. JB4 Map 1.5, intake, exhaust, midpipes, VT snorkels. Everything else stock.

I noticed that when I did LC in manual mode it let me build a tiny bit more revs, but my car would not launch as hard - I think it's hitting the torque limits and subsequently limiting power off the line. So with it in auto mode while building boost, it seems it doesn't hit that torque limit and doesn't cut as much power off the line, allowing a harder launch. This took off 0.2 seconds off my time.

Custom drive mode: I put suspension in comfort mode for more weight transfer, everything else in sport.

Lastly, my daughter was in the car, plus her car seat and her new baby brother's car seat (but he was at home with momma). This adds a little more weight! Haha.

Looking at the acceleration curve, I bet I can shave off a little more by working on my shifts. Maybe.

NICE!!!!! I knew your car was gonna be quick. My vote is get some more booster I wanna see sub 4s 😂

edit- just compared to my 4.40 and I was a hair quicker to 10 and 20 so your car is def making good power for sure. It’s awd right? If so I’m thinking easily sub 12 1/4 mile as you sit now

So the baby bruddah is younger than your car? You mentioned you little woman before not the newest.

Yup! Baby brother is just 11 days old! Big sister is proud. Haha. 🤗

Inside at the speedo and/or outside. Would just love to see some vids.
No prob I should be able to come up with something soon!

That's a good idea. I kind of want to get a window suction cup mount for my phone now. Stick it on the windshield, then let her rip. But if we angle it towards the gauge cluster you could see when we're shifting.

I am opening mine up in just a few minutes I’ll post pics of it and in the car as well

Here it is
