Wow that is ridiculous. That is not how a customer who spent $45k+ on a car should be treated. Not to mention noise coming from a sunroof isn’t normal by any means. Does he think Hyundai engineered the sunroof to make annoying clunking sounds? (Rhetorical question)Dealership number two cancelled my appointment and wants to reschedule because they told me the wrong time. Talking to the service manager though I was told “chattering and noise in the sunroof are normal” and he basically told me they’re not going to fix anything.
These are the reasons why I’m leaning towards ditching this car and going to a manufacturer that actually cares about their customers. All of my dealership dealings have been horrendous like the ones you’ve been speaking of and it just makes me wanna get a BMW.
