Please keep us posted. I ended up keeping my vehicle but I’m still having this issue and it’s very annoying. Have the same issue right around 12-15mph. If I’m not braking and just letting the car coast I notice it’s a very delayed and harsh shift, super uncomfortable.
I did reach out to Genesis corporate and received the response below. Going to take it to a different dealer and see what they say but I’m sure I’ll get the same response from them. I would encourage everyone to reach out to corporate with this issue. Hopefully the more they hear about it the quicker they’ll come out with a resolution. I used this link:
