First experience trying to get service

just throwing it in here again but im due for my 3rd oil change and like the previous 2 times, i have an appointment in 3 weeks where they will drop a car off at my house and pick up mine. dealer is an hour away.

just goes to show not every dealer sucks.

They all suck, some more some less (regardless of car make) I remember the days where dealerships were corporate owned. In this context, those were the real good old days.

Online appointments = the kiss of death
Im sure they are automated, they just don’t work.

Best to call and talk directly to the service adviser to schedule unless you are looking for a lot of frustration.
