I’m seeing in Facebook GV60 page a dealer in the states has multiple stock models not pre ordered in both performance and advance and multiple colors available. So disappointing that some of us put money down months ago and still have no timeline for anything but there are places with stock cars going to the highest bidder

Who is your salesperson? I ordered my Performance Feb 8 and it’s still not here.
My salesperson only responds if I cal him. Otherwise he would never reach out.

Test drove a Performance today and decided to go ahead with the order. My wife was lukewarm to the car in the first place but was impressed with the refinement, tech, and fit and finish. And petrified by the acceleration. I have no real complaints but I find the rear view to be compromised (technology makes up for that deficiency) and the handling to be ponderous. I’ll have to play with the various modes and see if I can dial in the right dampening under the My setting, and experiment with tire pressures. We had test driven the Model Y last summer and were unimpressed with the interior materials and overall build quality. IMO the only reason to go with a MY over a GV60 is the additional interior space and charging infrastructure. By every other measure the Genesis blows the Tesla away. Also, a MY LR with 20” wheels in silver is 10,590 more than a GV60 Performance.

An additional observation is the that the car accelerates when the boost button is depressed even though your foot remains stationary on the accelerator pedal. Acceleration should be controlled by the right foot only.

My salesperson told me that Genesis dealers are not allowed to hold unsold inventory for sale...

Picked up my GV60 today. Not the colour I ordered because they had no idea how long I would have to wait for that one. Like the vehicle. Not the greatest experience overall. Tomorrow I am going back to see if they have the mechanical backup door key that I didn't receive. Also from the owner's manual it looks like you are supposed to receive an NFC card - but I did not. Did others receive a mechanic key and an NFC card?

I’m not aware of any NFC card, I certainly didn’t receive one. I did get the backup keys. They come in little black plastic surrounds.

Curious, how much did they give you for your i5? I have i5 for me and getting GV60 in a few weeks for my wife. I am trading 2017 MDX.

So, might not be the right channel for this. But anyways, it's my understanding that for whatever reason the GV60's Android Auto isn't going to be wireless out of the box. Been looking into aftermarket options for a quick fix for this and seems that the most reliable option is the Motorola MA1 wireless Android Auto car adapter. Carlinkit is another option, but seems to be hit or miss with connectivity issues. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Question for those that have already taken delivery - what was your timeline for delivery after receiving your VIN?
