I was surprised to see it too. I'd like to figure out the root cause of it, but from preliminary looks, everything seems to be in order. It possibly could be from maybe some missing retaining clips (I know that's not the correct name but I'm drawing a blank) allowing the liner to sway freely while driving. I'll look more into it this weekend if I have the time.Nice work getting the body work done after the accident. I'm surprised your fender liners are rubbing holes by the stock 18 inch wheels and tires.
