I called Concierge and described the horror story, who then opened a case for me, after which a case manager was assigned and I formally said the ONLY solution I would accept given my brand new, one month old car had the engine blow (due to Genesis admitting a robot deposited an extra bolt in the transfer case, which eventually - at 780 miles - blew threw the engine destroying, the engine, crank case and transmission) was a buyback or I'd Lemon Law the car - Their Choice. The car has been at the dealership going on two months now. They told me yesterday, they had the parts to build a new engine, but puhleeze, Genesis couldn't even send a complete engine to the dealer. They sent what is essentially all the parts to build an engine from pieces. Simply not something I'm willing to accept. Not to mention, when a car is built, the engine is coded to the
VIN, so replacing the engine has to be tracked, devaluing the car.
