  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I would like to know, how many of the present Genesis owners would like to see and would lease/buy a Genesis Coupe based on the Genesis sedan. I other words something like the Mercedes-Benz CL-550.

I personally would stand in line once my lease is over in 24 months for something like that! I think it would look AWASOME!!!

Give me your feedback!!

Hey BayWay: Did you work on that photo with the computer or you pulled out froma car website. If you did it, try and see if you can work it as a coupe.

On the road till Tuesday. Don't have it on my laptop. I'll take a shot at it next week.

Yes, I love the CL550 and would definitely be interested in a Genesis based model...

Since this discussion is about the Genesis Coupe, it should not be in the Genesis Sedan forum. I've moved it. Please be more careful in the future.

I would love to see a LARGE Genesis Coupe - but I doubt that'll ever happen. I miss cars like the Cadillac Coupe DeVille and even personal luxury cars like the Cadillac Eldorado, Buick Riviera and Lincoln Mark series.. However, it appears that these types of cars aren't selling very well anymore.

I have to imagine that the Cadillac CTS Coupe (or CTC) will be a bit larger than the Genesis Coupe - which I believe will be sized more along the lines of the Infiniti G35...

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Nice photoshops, but I believe the coupe should have longer doors to accomodate rear-seat passengers.

Here's your Hyundai Genesis Coupe DeVille...

Baywatric: It does, but, I'd like to see it in a coupe not a convertible - to be honest I am not a convertible type of guy!, But thanks, it does give me an idea of what we'd be looking at and I still would stand in line when my lease is up in two years for the big coupe.

Here is my interpretation of a large coupe based on the current Genesis. In order to be a coupe I think the 4 door would need to have a few things, namely a lower roof line, shorter rear trunk deck, shorter rear window, and shorter front overhang or else the proportions become totally off. I think It looks pretty damn good though now that I'm looking at it. More muscular than the current Genesis coupe, almost more in line with say the Audi A5.

Nice job with the Photoshop! A coupe version would be an eye-catcher!

I had to look close but the wood frame behind the windows gives it away.

I understand what you mean. I had a soft-top sports car that also had a removable hard-top. I only had that off one time, on a day-trip to the ocean. I know that lotsa peeps love driving with their convertable top down... I don't. Don't like the extra sense of vulnerability... nor the wind buffeting. Give me a nice hard top coup, any day.

Tomorrow, would be fine

Nice work, NJohnson! Now THAT'S a personal luxury coupe like the Lincoln Mark VIII, Cadillac Eldorado or Buick Riviera.. My kinda car... This is what the "large" Genesis Coupe should look like - more luxurious. The smaller coupe would/could/should be the 3-Series fighter...
