I'll start:
1. Because of the Emergency brake is still an old fashioned foot pedal on the left side of the Driver's foot well, like a 1970's American car, the left foot rest is far too low to be useful, and forces me to move closer to the steering wheel to rest the foot on it. Dead pedal would get in the way of the travel of the brake if it were raised now.
Recommendation: Change to a push button parking brake, like Volkswagens have, and raise the foot rest. I believe the cost of this change would be outweighed by the perceived improvement in quality. If I had really noticed this too low left foot rest when test driving, I admit I would not have bought the car
