  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I am in need of a rear cabin room light assembly due to fading/dead LED's. I have found a part on eBay that looks identical and is ~$110. The link is here:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lamp-Assy-R...ash=item35e2436eb1:g:QiMAAOSwofxUmCOM&vxp=mtr
Part No: 928703M000TX

It's apparently grey-ish and I need 'cashmere'. Which is not that big of a deal, if it will work.

Then there's this one, which is labeled V2 and costs almost 3x as much:

Part No: 928703M500V2

Can anyone comment on the difference/s (besides the cost and color)?

Sorry I can't comment about the differences and cost. But I do have a question about the dome light itself.
My rear passenger dome light flickers and sometimes is very dim. If I bang the unit or ceiling liner, the light will come back on full bright. I would like to also replace or see if a loose connection can be fixed.
My question to you: was it difficult to remove the dome light? Thanks.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Dome light removal takes a panel tool or plastic blade, and a screwdriver. Instructions on Page 85-86 of this guide: https://infinit.io/_/3fF7H8X

If you guys are looking for the rear dome light, I recently just replaced mine with a Genesis prada black one. I'm willing to sell my old one, which is grey. But I'm sure all of them are the same. Work fines. Willing to sell to anyone on the forums. $80 shipped
