2011 4.6 v8

Guys,

I am looking for a 2011 4.6 V8 owner in the Phoenix and Ontario areas that is open to mods, and is willing to do a test run.

This test will only take a little bit of your time, and will dramatically help the V8 sedan community with previously unavailable tuning options.

A 5.0 owner will be needed in the future, but as of now only the 4.6 is ready for testing.

I can share very little publicly at this time, but i think most of you can catch on to what's going on from my previous posts/comments as well as what I have stated here.

Please understand the nature of this request, and how it will help the community in general. Given this, please keep speculation posts and whatnot to a minimum. When I can share more, I will certainly do so.

This is through a shop that is the front-runner in the industry for this type of work on KDM vehicles, from day to day rides up to SEMA builds. This is the type of R&D that will bring supported, viable products to owners like us. There is a little bit of co-ordination necessary between parties in Korea, hence the multiple locations. I hope to add more locations to the list as they become available.

This is a legitimate company looking to develop options for sedan owners. They are extremely excited to venture into the sedan market.
I offered to use this forum to help them, as it helps us as a community...and therefore me.

Upfront costs have been absorbed by myself as well as another member of this forum who owns a 5.0. As of now, we are just looking for help testing results on a Dyno, as well as assisting with the tuning process as the locations are not local to us.

Any particulars insofar as incentives will be covered by the tuner once volunteers have come forward.

I wouldn't be surprised. Factory tuning is always conservative and this being Hyundai's first V8 I'm sure they took some step to limit stress. I wonder what the timing looks like as well.

When you say Ontario, are you talking about the province in Canada or the city in California?

I live in Chandler AZ which is suburb of Phoenix AZ. I have a 2010 V8 Genesis 4.6 that I wouldn't mind getting tuned . LMK if im a candidate by replying thanks . Joe
