Please help me!! I just had major orthopedic surgery and I will be confined to my home and very limited for some time. I have made up my mind I want to buy a 2011 or 2012 Genesis Coupe. My trouble lies in that I only have an "I-phone" with it's small s reenact and I want to order a Geneais with my exact options, color, etc. I have called every dealer near me and asked if I could get a sales brochure mailed to me,with no luck whatsoever!! Can you believe this?!?! I am ready to shell out big bucks for a fully loaded new Genesis and they tell me I can't get a brochure to hold in my hands and contemplate which color, trim package, etc to order?!!??!?! I am just about to give up and buy a new Accord. ( Honda mailed me a huge literature packet in 3 days!) Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. If this is the way Hyundai treats a customer who is practically GuARANTEED to buy,I am at a loss for words. Thanks for any help or guidance you can give. I like to think I am just dealing with sales staff that are lazy, but it sets a bad image for the company regardless.
