  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just to be sure, I changed the oil the other day for the first time owning this car. The filter came with two small o-rings, and one big one. Obviously the big one goes around the filter cap. But the other two didn't seem to have a place. I know the 2011's and below use a little tube that is in the middle of the filter, but my 2012 had no such thing. The filter just popped off a short nipple and there were no o-rings with the original one that was installed.

I didn't miss anything did I????

whats the part number on the box?
26330-3C300

26320 3C30A is what the dealer gave me

That's the current one, you're good to go. The tiny o-rings are useless for the 2012 V6, you only need the oil housing gasket and a crush washer.

Hyundai's old part # for 09-11 V6
26320-3C250
