  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Please take a look at the attached image and see how many 2015/16 Genesis Sedan colors you can properly identify. None of these images have been altered by me. All were taken as is from various reviews, posts and pdf files.

I think all are one of these four colors (but who knows for sure)

1. Parisian Gray
2. Empire State Gray
3. Montecito Blue ?
4. Santiago Silver ?

Post your choices as A-2, B-2, C-1, L-4 etc.

The winner gets bragging rights for a month. :)

Good Luck,

Ray

I have an Empire State Gray and even I don't want to tackle this one. They all look so similar. IMO they are all empire state gray in different shades of light LOL!

who cares the fastest color is white.

Could be the case - but the car looks best in Empire State Gray (especially on a bright sunny day)! ;)

Given these cars can look VERY different depending on lighting and we have no idea what the lighting was in each shot, I'd take a wild _ss guess as follows:

B - Parisian Gray
C- Parisian Gray
D - Empire State Gray
E - Empire State Gray
F - Santiago Silver
G - Parisian Gray
H - Parisian Gray
I - Empire State Gray
J - Empire State Gray
K - Empire State Gray
L - Santiago Silver
M - Parisian Gray

Thanks guys for taking a crack at identifying the colors. It turn out that Montecito Blue is not represented in any of the pictures. Santiago Silver seems to have a way of coming out bluish gray in most of the photos. I haven't seen any two photos of Marrakesh Beige that even look close to another one.

Half the colors are Mica and the remaining are Metallic so that may have something to do with the various shades or hues.

One of my favorite colors that I thought was some sort of Blue is actually the Santiago Silver with some sort of camera filter and a bright blue sky. (the first photos moving in the street) Would you believe this one is Santiago Silver? :(

The owner of the review site exchanged a few emails yesterday and confirmed this light blue is really silver. duh. (the last three images)

Regards,

Ray
