  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anyone have a issue with the traction control coming while driving in turns on the highway at 60+?
I have aftermarket 20inch wheels. 20x9 front and 20x10 rear.

Eddie, I have not had that problem and I did some fairly spirited driving this weekend.

Plug the wheel/tire specs vs stock into one of the available calculators. There's a maximum tolerance before issues start, though I do not exactly know that tolerance (off-hand) with the 2015 sedan.

It was ~.5" with the Coupe.

Ok thanks...don't know why car is tripping. When I know I'm going be rolling fast I have to turn the traction control off! Any thought why?

So just google wheel/tire spec vs. stock wheels?

Check the calculator and it's saying too slow front .13% and back speed variance 3.63%. What does that mean? Just said to slow....

Post the diameter number, as previously requested. Diameter.

Diameter.

Diameter.

Although, with a 3.63% variance, it sounds like that number will be the problem. You sized your setup incorrectly.

What are the off sets on your wheels?

I'm running 20's on my 2015 5.0 and zero issues. However, in the rear I'm 20x10.5. That's the recommended wheel size three shops and Vossen recommended when I decided to upsize from my OEM 19's.

That only matters for the TC to the point it stretches the tire or leaves it unstretched. Obviously matters to fitment though

jonjon72 its 35 front 40 back.....think that's the problem...dang! I took these rims off my 2013 gs350 fsport cause same bolt pattern but the offset in rear must be the problem. is there a way to correct this without buying another wheel?
