Thanks, and yes it is the direction . Over the years we learned that somtimes ( about 25%)of prototype work needs corrections.

So we are ready for that, and usually will make a part on a bigger side.
Then if it needs change it is easier to trim big part rather than enlarge a small one. In this particular case we made a mold off the big scoop, laid a part.
Take the part out of the mold an shrink it where nesessary.
In about a week we'll have a new version.

Nobody said you have to like it (I don't), but have a little class/respect when you respond. Gutter responses like yours speak volumes about why your opinion will be considered mute by many. While I don't like these mods at all, it is still nice to see aftermarket options being developed for those that have interest.

Both grille and front spoiler/lower part of facia will bolt to stock Genesis bumper cover.
It was one of the requrements by my Partner - Dealer.
We cannot alter suspention, any functions of sensors in both bumpers, and the grille (hence the protective square in the grille).
It (protective cover) will be slightly modifyed also.
At first I had to assume that we'll need to retain the plastic stock cover and incorpoate it into the grille. As we did some testing we found fiberglass allows sencor to function properly,
so we can make it a bit more atractive.
Of course for the V6 models without sencor we'll just have the grille completley open.
So, to the core of your exellent question - one can just unbolt stock grille and put our's in instead.

By the way some rude person tried to say we stole the front facia from BMW.
Not so, the shape of it largely dictated by the shape of factory bumper's openings. I did not even look at BMW or any other cars to create it.
Like everything else, the car dictates it's own mods.
But - by all means comparing our front to that of good looking BMW, we'll take that as a compliment.

Hi, sorry I was not ingoring you, just had to get off Net.
I'll do my best, but the hood on my car is being used for scoop and cold air intake prototypes, so the sheet metal under scoop is cut out.
We'll take the first scoop off, then put cut down version on, if looks good we'll
install actual part, but at no time this particular hood will take stock form.
Best i know when someone orders grille and front facia without hood scoop,
we'll take pics then.

As a community, this should be the approach IMO. While a persons individual taste may differ from your own, as an enthusiast forum, you would think the overwhelming response would be like the one above. You may not like or agree with what someone chooses to do to THEIR car, but you should at least respect the time and effort exerted.

It is unfortunate that generally speaking, this forum does not share Nikgen's viewpoint. There are quite a few that do, but just as many or more that do not seem to grasp the idea that their opinion is just that. Often times it also is a matter of 'it's not what you say, but how you say it'.

I say this because I have dealt with this issue; people stating that this or that is 'stupid' because they do not agree with or understand a certain mod.
