Ric, are you saying that your car was sensitive to a crown in the road, but better after they adjusted the alignment when this service bulletin came out? Or is your car still sensitive to a crown in the road?
After 3 days of trying different adjustments it was determined that bushing resistance was pushing the left side off by 15 degrees. It was finally corrected by loosening all 6 subframe bolts and shifting the subframe right side back, left side forward to increase caster on left side to compensate for pull approximately .5 deg change in caster. Root cause of problem is left side suspension pushing out 15 degrees.
Hmmm...drove my V8 to Memphis this weekend and actually rode about a 1/4 mile with out even touching the steering wheel.

Yes. The Chevrolet Impala's sold to the Government in the past 3 years had a defect.
This may be the kind of stuff that is closing them down....who knows?
