I agree. There are good dealers out there. I was initially put off by our local dealership. It was only at the urging of fellow posters to this site that I took the time to talk with other dealers in the surrounding area.
Last Saturday I called 11 dealers to see who would honor the Hyundai lease program on the Genesis. 8 of the 11 said they did; however, only 1 had a Genesis with Tech Package. We agreed to the terms that afternoon over the phone (they are 80 miles away) and the delivered the car on Monday to my office. In other words, they didn't try to upcharge me in any area - it was smooth, easy and simple and would buy another car from them again if the opportunity arose. FYI, it was Kerry Hyundai in Florence, KY.
I gave our local dealer an opportunity to match and they declined.
So, please don't give up on the Genesis because of one dealer as there are good ones out there. I love the car and am glad I took the advice of people on this site to give other dealers a chance.

Wings from an ebayer in Korea - so I'm hoping that the
