  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anybody seen 2015 Genesis on the road?

Saw the first one in Jacksonville...sadly it did not turn my head like the original Genesis did...yes it looked nice but seemed kind of nondescript and very last generation Infiniti M...especially around the small rear side window...just my opinion...also it was the bright blue so maybe in another color it would look better...

I also live in So CAL but only a few miles from the Fountain Valley Hyundai Design building.
I have not seen one driving on the road but they have two displayed out front,
viewable from the 405 FWY.

Only one black 2015 Genesis. This is surprising since there's a Hyundai dealership less than a mile from my home. I took one of my Hyundai's in for an oil change and saw a line of 2015 Genesis parked in front of the showroom. I would have expected to have seen more than a few in our neighborhood of NE Philadelphia.

I wonder how sales are going to date. The supply seems to show a slow turn and not much incoming. Also prices have already dropped, with many already near or at invoice pricing. I suspect it is somewhat as expected - it is an expensive Hyundai and the target market will need time to decide if it is worth the money. For those here, we may have figured out it is a bargain compared to the competition, but on a Hyundai lot, it may be more of a black sheep for many - less known and surrounded by less expensive choices.

Hi All,

I am the proud owner of a 3.8 AWD Tech Monticito Blue/Gray Genesis. I live on Long Island, NY. I have yet to see another 2nd Gen on the road. My Genesis is very lonely. Have any of you seen one (besides your own) ?

Hi all... Happy to say that I took delivery of my 2015 Genesis Ultimate this past Sunday! I't a real beauty in Blue with a beige interior. The only other ones I've seen "in the wild" were in the dealers lot! :) I bought mine from Millennium Hyundai - traded in a 2011 Infiniti FX50...

Congrats on your new ride. Which color blue did you get? Post up some pics...

So, it appears not many out there.

I guess that's why I'm receiving 2-3 mailings per week from my local dealer re the 2015.

Me thinks they over-priced the market.

Thanks! Got the Montecito Blue... Looks great with the beige interior and matte wood dash. Only mod so far is the wing on the back! Looking into a fit of the 5.0 fogs into mine!

One white one in the Buffalo area.

I just saw a white one heading to Buffalo yesterday while we were returning home. Maybe it was the same one? :)

Since I bought my car in late May, I've seen about 6 other 2015 models on the road. Still rare, but I like that it's not as common as a stripped-down 528i in Dallas.

Plus, I've been front parked at almost every valet I've been to, so...there's that. :-)

Seen my first 2015 Genesis on the road this week here on the Treasure Coast. A black 3.8 model.

I've seen as many Unicorns as 2015 Genesises.
I never new they existed before late June.
I live on Boston's South Shore.

I bought my red 2015 AWG July 11.

I just discovered that one of my neighbors owns a 2013 Genesis.
He congratulated me on my purchase. It's a very exclusive club.

Saw a black 2015 3.8 at Home Depot the other day. Wasn't all that impressed after seeing it in the wild. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1408657742.265673.webpImageUploadedByTapatalk1408657778.120434.webpImageUploadedByTapatalk1408657786.952320.webp

I have not seen one on the road here in OKC. To be honest I kind of like it being a rare site. But I like being unique and different. I have the Parisian Grey 3.8 w/ signature package. Really wanted the Ibiza blue but wasn't wanting to pay for a 5.0 (Still have a lot of student loans to pay off!)

Finally there is a 5.0 Ultimate in the Seattle area. It's been a long time coming. I'm off to test drive today. If all goes well I may be driving it home tonight. Will post later.:)

Good luck! :)

I'm pretty sure I saw a brown 2015 near Kellogg park in Plymouth, MI today. I was walking back to my car and saw it just driving away from where mine was parked like he had been looking at mine, but I'm not really sure cuz it was so quick.
