Black Genesis Coupe Sighting - Baltimore County, MD

Sup folks! New to the boards here. Just wanted to see if anyone knew or if anyone else had seen a black Genesis 2.0T coupe in Towson, MD the past week or so.

I saw it the day after Xmas a block from my house in Towson as I walked to the mall to return some things. This thing was gorgeous, and I must have stared at it while walking with my SO for a good ten minutes. I wish I had some pics, but I didn't have my phone on me.

I currently drive an 08 Evo X GSR, but I am definitely interested in what this coupe has to offer.

2 feet? I was walking right by it.

At first, I didn't know what it was. But on the back it said Genesis, and a silver 2.0 sticker w/ a red T right next to it. It was pretty bad ass. I kept telling my girlfriend that I swore they weren't even out yet.

Wow.. Man, I'm disappointed that you don't have pictures! And at the same time, I'm jealous because I didn't see what you saw! No, they AREN'T out yet.. You just got very lucky...

Yes. I know. I should be flogged with a metal stick.

The 1 time I didn't have my phone on me, and I see something worth snapping pics of.

It could very well still be there. I'll search for it again, but.. If I had a car and I saw someone snapping some pics of it, I don't know how I would react... and my car is a production vehicle.

Thanks for that little info "2.0 with a red T insignia".

The V6 3.8 version will have the "3.8" designation (obviously) .

And yes like everyone said, they are NOT out yet. What you saw was probably a prototype production US model undergoing testing there.

what people may be seeing is the fact that hyundai has 100,000 mile test drivers out in various locations as we had one stop by the dealership last week. their out testing the car for 100,000 miles to make sure all goes well.
