It's actually Sprint's network, not Verizon.
Don't believe so, they switched to Verizon from Sprint with the 2015 Genesis:

where do you setup on myhyundai.com ? Not sure I see anything that is close to a configuration screen.
First install "Bluelink Alert Services" App in your car. The log into MyHyundai.com on a Desktop (below features don't seem to be visible on a mobile device - at least not on an iPhone):
- Click on "My Bluelink" on the upper right part of the screen:
![]()
- You'll then see this screen where you can activate the 4 different Bluelink services on the bottom row (Location sharing not yet active, so it's greyed out):
![]()
The top row does not need the Alert Services App to be installed in car to work as those are standard, preconfigured Bluelink services.
Did you install the Location Services app>
yes I DL all the apps available in the car. was just wondering about the Location Sharing why it was all greyed out. this option reminds me of a car review back from 2008-2009 when the reviewers were all test driving different Genesis' and they could all see each other Genesis on the map screen. I always thought it was cool, but never saw this come of age. I'm wondering if this is what that Location Sharing is...
It was mentioned and discussed here when it came out last last spring. Have downloaded it, but not used it.
Available on all other models except the most expensive genesis you can buy.
