  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Just purchased a Genesis signature package and I am having a lot of issues with bluetooth. My phone will pair very easy with the car. The issue i am having is once connected the car the first few call I make work fine, but then once I try to call out it will automatically send the call to private or mobile phone and not handsfree. Sometimes i can manually switch to handsfree on the phone or screen, but other times it will not switch or allow me to make a call at all. Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue? Also i do have a iPhone 6.

Thanks

Are you using the voice command or trying to make a call with the actual cell phone. I have no issues when using the voice command.

It is when I am using my phone to make the calls. I will try the voice command and see if that works. Just have always used the phone in other cars with bluetooth.

Thanks

Other posters on this forum has had the same issue. If you use the button on the steering wheel, your problem should go away.
