  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Calling All White Genesis Owners!!

Just so all you racisty racists know, I'm a black Genesis owner. Caspian black.

(...ducks, runs...)

White was the primary color I was looking for - love the Genesis in that color. Had to settle for silver (a great 2nd choice) due to availability of leftover models.

White guy here. I own a Genesis - it's black. That is all.

How hard is it to keep the pearl white surface clean and fingerprint free? I know some whites are harder than others...just not sure about the pearl white!

All opinions wanted and counted!!

Thanks in Advance

I have a 2014 white Genesis and in the past owning at least three white Toyotas and now also a Venza too, I use Rejex twice a year. It works great just FOLLOW

Our white 2012 with saddle interior is still looking good. We usually get white cars because they look cleaner longer. Kind of surprised at all the mentions of carbon round the exhaust exits. We have never had an issue with even a little bit of carbon buildup. Something different on California cars?

After around 4000 miles 5.0 completely stopped putting out any soot. It was very noticeable when new, but it now runs completely clean. Perhaps something to do with engine break in.

Did you change gas brand or octane?

you know, i love my 2009 white genny- although it's wrecked and i'll be getting a new 12 most likely now- but i have to say that for some reason, the new 15 looks better, sportier and classier in black, and white doesn't look as good. maybe its the brushed chrome front grill that goes better with black as opposed to the previous shiny chrome , not sure, but i like the black better with the 15.
