  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I'm expecting delivery of my new 5.0 R-spec sedan soon and a friend has an extra set of 19" wheels from a 3.8 Track coupe. They are both 19" wheels ... but are the offsets and wheel widths the same? If so, I could then have an extra set for all weather tires. Any ideas :grouphug: ??????

Ironically enough, I just installed a set of R Spec Sedan wheels on my 2009 3.8 Tech Black/Black. I love them, and the lower profile tires look great and handle much better then the OME Dunlops. Got them on EBay, almost brand new. As far as the stagger, I am not so sure the ESC would reject them because of the different sizes. Not sure but you should research before doing it.

I rolled with my snow tire/wheels I had for my coupe on my 12 r-spec all last winter. The only problem I had was not being able to calibrate the tire pressure sensors.

Boy, I'd like to see some more pics of the coupe wheels on a sedan, if there are any other ones out there -I plan on doing that when my current tires have to be replaced - maybe next year, but I love those wheels -
