You can install it. Any air intake you choose will require removal of current air box. It's snapped in place mostly with maybe 1 or two screws requiring a screwdriver. I am not a mechanic and I have unsnapped and installed new intakes in about 20 minutes. Performance gains are documented in this forum. I posted a video of back to back dyno runs before and after install and got 15 rear wheel horsepower with just my intake. Thought this was pretty amazing!![]()
