Not trying to talk you out of it, because if you bought that one, you'd finally be getting another fast color

I know that G70 might be quicker than G80 sport but, since it's going to be completely new design, there will be lots of "bugs" to iron out, and that will hold me back for another ~2 years. I hate to be genuine pig, lol
They didn't call me yet, I guess they don't like my offer yet or they working on those numbers, so I'm off to shooting/photographing Bald Eagles on Mississippi river in Iowa

I was on my way to shoot eagles last Wednesday, stopped in Morris, IL to get some gas and when I started the car again, the steering wheel was so hard to turn. So I figured, there is something wrong with the power steering system. Turned around and went straight to the dealer in Aurora/Naperville. They said they have never seen anything like that on Genesis and don't know what to do. I talked to them yesterday and they are waiting for engineers from Hyundai to arrive after the New Year. While I was there, I told them about the driveshaft making noise between 30-35mph.
So, it might take a while till I get my car back.

Btw. I went to get some stuff out of my car and noticed the door wasn't closed all the way, needless to say the battery was dead. Should I ask for a new one or just ignore it? the service manager went with me and saw the door wasn't closed properly.

This is photo-chopped, but I think it looks good.

Velgen VMB7 Matte Gunmetal, the specs are almost identical as VMB5 except for the front offset - et32 instead of et35

darek i think that will look killer, i dont visit the site much but have always enjoyed seeing photos and updates from the guys that are here often. i will have to watch for you this summer as i have been running down around Naperville-Huntley-Elk Grove for work a lot. I love winter but also looking forward to clean roads!

Dareck off-topic (and extremely forward-thinking) I know, but are you a Bears fan at all? I am going to try and head up to their training camp in Bourbonnais next July (yes, 2018). If you still have your Genesis and are up for it, we could grab some wings or something, and get some car shots. I'll make sure to get the curb-rash out of my wheels by then .

I rarely show up on north side of the City but sometimes you can catch me around O'Hare airport taking pictures of the planes arriving/departing. So, if you're on I-294, please check your rear view mirrors before changing lines....I drive fast....always, lol
Seriously, we could meet up at SuperCar Saturday car show in S. Barrington. They usually have a meet there twice a year and 3 times in Bolinbrook (which in ~15 min. from my house)

Nah, not a fan at all, lol but let me know a few days in advance and if I'm home, I'll drive down there to meet you, it's only ~1 hour away.

It's not as bad as most other major companies. I already have the fear of curbing my front end, never had this issue with any other sedan I drove.

Funny, you mention Iowa, as I was there a few times around X-mas, shooting Bald Eagles on Mississippi river and the temp. were near 0F ...but who cares?!
