  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

DVD/CD Player question

Unfortunately the NavTV module will not work on the 2013 Genesis as the wiring harness is different on the 2013 car. It will work on the 2009-2012 models. I have a 2010 tech and the NavTV module works fine in it. I bought a 2013 Genesis tech and removed the NavTV module from it and attempted to install it in the 2013 and thats when I found the wiring harness was different.

I called up NavTV tech support and thats when they told me that until they come up with a updated module and harness for the 2013 models that the last supported model will be the 2012 model.
