  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Front mud flaps

Yakima is the only option for a real roof rack unless you wanna go with those Seasuckers things...
thank you gotta add that to my purchase list

Pics please
Part number is #1RF46-AC500, taken from another thread:

Not sure if I got this wrong, but the #1RF46-AC500 does not fit on my 2021. They are nowhere near a good fit, with about a 2inch gap on the inside liner, way too close to the tire. With the amount of work required to get these to work, it seems like universal mud flaps are a better bet.
Also, #1RF46-AC500 is for a 2012- Accent, not the genesis coupe. 20210418_164841.webp20210426_123112.webp20210426_123224.webp

There’s no oem or aftermarket mud flaps for the G70. I had to fabricate my own...whom ever gave you that part number is definitely confused...even if the was mud flaps available there’s no mounting points. If you look at my previous post you’ll see what mean...

Your right, there are no mounting points. Had you read the entire post, you would have read you needed to creat your on mounting points. As far as the part number, that is the part number used and placed on my G70, as noted in the picture of my G70 you shared.

At no point did I think this would be a direct fit. Mounting points are not the issue, as I would make my own custom ones, it's the fact that it's not even a close fit. As I have mentioned before, universal mud flaps seem like a better bet, currently trying to make ones out of carbon fiber.

How did those carbon fiber flaps come out? I am interested!

After weeks of trying to make the bracket work with carbon fiber guards, I decided to ditch them and just go with one factory mounting point and 3m heavy-duty double-sided tape. Also, I had to make the original CF guards smaller as they would not flex around the wheel well as good as plastic guards. Overall, they provide decent protection (about the same size as the rear oem's) and are barely noticeable, exactly what I wanted.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Late to this thread but I ordered OEM mudguards for my 2022 from Genesis. They were installed before I picked up the car.

Pictures?
Part numbers?
Next time I’m down at the underground I’ll take some photos. Not sure on part numbers, I could just add them on from my purchase on the genesis website. If you spec one on the site they are under exterior accessories.

Check with your local genesis dealer. I think they should have them and the part number. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

I was just thinking I need to email my dealer to see if he can get me a pair, since now we do have a proof at least that they do exist
