I'm surprised that I was unable to find an existing thread for this.
I'm leasing a 2019 G70 3.3T RWD and for that reason I have no intentions of doing any mods at all...except that pathetic horn! It almost sound like a worn out Clown horn. The night I leased the vehicle and the salesman used the horn button on the key fob to find the car I said "Please tell me that's NOT the horn for the G70". Do they all sound like they are sourced from some old tiny European Micro car manufacturer and have been sitting on a shelf for 5 decades or is it just the horn on my particular vehicle? It's not like I make frequent use of a horn, however, in my heavily congested area there are times when it is needed. With the sound of this horn I could end up creating accidents if I use it. I have visions of drivers uncontrollably laughing hysterically at the sound and veering off the road.
Do the horns for the G80 or G90 sound better AND can they simply be plugged into a G70 or is there a better solution?
