If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Welcome to the forum. It is tough to say without knowing some more details but it really doesn't matter at this point as I'm sure you are excited about getting it and are happy with the deal. Congratulations, good luck, enjoy and be safe.

Thank you! $4000 lease cash, .0001 MF and 0.5 residual. Maybe I could’ve haggled more but felt I was already pushing it. Another dealer quoted me $553. But this dealer I’m heading too now needs to make numbers for June.

Also, regardless I am happy with the purchase. I like the car and the complimentary maintenance. Just want to know what I could do better in the future if that arises again.

Had a dealer agree to a ~3400 dealer discount. They were able to do more by another $500, but I'm find with this "minimum". When I pulled the circle price, they tried to tell me I had to choose between the two.

I guess they don't get many cirlce-A discounts, but it's quite annoying to have to explain to them that the circle price becomes the starting price and that all incentives, manufacturer and dealer, apply to the deal.

Hopefully July numbers are good or the same, but having the same run and them actually honoring their own dealer incentives on the circle price, I'd be sitting at $43,095 sales price and a $497/mo post tax lease.

Guess my best bet, again, will be the end of July.

Very rarely, I think there may have been one case that we have seen, will a dealer offer a discount in addition to Circle A pricing. Hopefully you will be able to get it.

Man, that is a really nice price. Best of luck!! I’m sure they will soon once the 2020 model starts to look.

Man that would be an amazing price. Don’t give up!! I’m sure you’ll get it soon as 2020 looms.

The important thing is to know they can. Going back to other threads on different forums, I've seen others have been able to do it on G80s, Genesis sedans, Gen Coupes, etc.

All depends on how motivated they are to sell.

It's fun to hear them lie and say things like they can't combine, can't offer the manufacturer incentives, etc. etc.

But, to be able to show them evidence of the contrary is always beautiful.

If they want to sell it, they will.

Greetings G70 Enthusiasts,

I'm a newbie to Genesis auto world in the market to replace my German sports sedan. G70/80 AWD 3.3 Sport Editions are under consideration, among others. Is there a link for Genesis monthly lease bulletin that will list the MF, residuals for annual mileage as well as incentives/credits?

Thanks in advance.

Edmunds has some forums if you google search edmunds g70 and money factor I think.

Good news,

Got confirmation from Hyundai Circle that dealer discounts/incentives can be combined with the A plan (and of course, manufacturer incentives).

Still up to them if they want to do it, just like it's up to them to say you can't use Circle A and manufacturer incentives, but at least there's some accountability and a statement saying that they indeed can do it and just don't want to. SmartSelect_20190702-091554_Gmail.webp

First post - Hopefully a soon to be G70 owner here.

Currently in a Q50 with a lease maturing, and was shopping a 3 series given the lack of technology upgrades in the Q50. Was looking for 36 month lease, 12k miles per year, $450 a month with 3k down, and BMW agreed.

Then came driving the Genesis and immediately falling in love. Basically the same MSRP, figured could get the same terms.

5 days later, no such luck. These residuals are killing me! Best I've been offered is $589/month zero down, which doesn't appear too bad on an MSRP of 49,120.

I'm set on a Black G70 3.3T with the Prestige and Elite Package and the grey interior. I think I've been quoted using a 52% residual and .0006 MF.

Any suggestions on how to negotiate to get another $2k off capitalized cost would be great!

Appreciate the great work on this forum!

Do some reading through this thread as well as the Pricing one and you will see there is a member here @r_spec that has offered to provide Circle A pricing certificates to those who PM him. That will get you to around 3% under invoice for pricing and then there is the lease cash on top of that. Welcome and good luck.

Appreciate the heads up and will do! Is that something a dealership has to honor?

Does Edmunds show invoice prices in addition to MSRPs?

Not sure if they do. If you let me know the car/dealer you are looking at I can get you the price. If not, I can get you a price in a comparable one. Is it a 3.3t RWD Prestige?

It’s the Black G70 3.3T Prestige with elite package RWD at Ed Voyles Genesis in Georgia. Also talking with Jim Ellis Genesis of Atlanta on the same car. At Jimi Ellis is stock number G719052.

Wow! So I’ve been reading up, but so I understand correctly:

One I get this certificate, I present and that is my starting point. They have to offer or can choose not to? I understand they can choose not to do anything on top of that.

Also, what is the response if they ask how the certificate is obtained?

That price combined with the lease cash and competitor rebate would seem to get me to my target.

Dealers don't have to accept the pricing but most do. Never heard that they ask but best to ask r_spec. The certificates are for friends and he has a lot of them. ;)
