@FornicatorSteve , you seem to be running into more problems than we have seen any one member have. Along the lines of what @Mcc said, I would suggest a little different tactic in your email research/negotiations. You can still keep it up in the air as to whether you will be buying or leasing but it should get the exact details of each.
In your emails to the dealers, explain that you will be using Circle A but are undecided about purchasing/leasing so you will need the numbers for each. Tell them you want to see the price for the vehicle after Circle A and dealer discount as well as any applicable fees listed in detail and then for the purchase option you need the available incentives/finance rate and for the lease option the MF,RV, lease fees, lease cash and any other incentives.
Doing the above should get you everything you need as well give you the ability to negotiate the sales price and eliminate their ability to play games with hidden numbers.
