  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

G70 US Availability?

BREAKING NEWS: 2019 GENESIS G70 BROCHURE - USA!!! (PDF attached)
Credit to @Beefer for discovering the brochure exists. I just live closer to headquarters and got it a day earlier.
Trim levels still not clear and no pricing yet... Enjoy!!!
Update: Attached landscape version from @Beefer so that nobody has to look at the ugly sideways version I originally uploaded

How can I get one of these mailed to me?

Not that I like the auto-stop/auto-start feature present in many new cars, but is it missing from the US G70 (the left one is from the Korean website, the middle one from the US brochure, and the right from Canadian brochure)? If it's not in US-bound cars, at least give us the Canadian console so there's no blank button.

I have (and had) cars with auto start-stop and hate it. The first thing I do after starting the engine is shut that feature off.

I Just "RE"-signed up for notifications from Genesis.com for the G70, and actually got an acknowledgement I am on the list.

Will the US "Prestige" 2.0 trim have all the tech features like HUD and the overhead camera and also have the 18" all season tires I prefer? It's hard to tell what tech features the Prestige actually comes with. The brochure says the 19" summers are included in the "Sport" and "Dynamic" trims, so I assume the Prestige will have the all season 18s.
What I'm wondering is which trims get the silver 10-spoke rims and which get the gray 20-spoke rims. The brochure shows some Prestige trims, but all the wheels are in motion so it's hard to say for sure which rims they are.

2.0 trims will get the 18" 20 spoke rims and 3.3 trims get the 19" 10 spoke rims. Sport trims for both 2.0 and 3.3 get the dark 19" 5 spoke rims. 2.0 Dynamic also gets the larger 10 spoke rims. This is not conveyed in the brochure, but seems 99% correct from other sources I've read.

It exists but not in the Sport.

It's my understanding that it's a feature on the 2.0 engine, but not the 3.3 ... not sure if that's the same in all markets.

I just wanted to point out Auto Hold. Not sure if anyone has talked about it. I think it is awesome. If you turn it on...when ever you depress the brake with your foot...you can remove your foot and it will not move. Once you touch the gas the car goes. This is for heavy traffic...so you don't have to keep your foot on the brake...or even worse put it into park.

I tried it out while in Toronto quite a bit...and man...how clever. Wonder if anyone else does it.

I engage it each and every time I start my car. I push the start button and then immediately turn on the auto hold. It is one of my favorite features.

I use it all the time. My last three cars had that feature, it's awesome on red lights.

Genessis and Hyundai individual dealer sites are down. A page from Apple's play book before launch?!?!?

Genesis' main website is still up with no changes...so I doubt it. They would probably push any updates first...followed by satellite websites.
